megan & mark. (and beau)

ok, consider this a warning…a warning because i DARE you not to smile when you look at these images from megan & mark’s session.

these are some of my FAVORITE images from an engagement session EVER…the genuine smiles, the laughter, their dog beau (i mean, come on, he’s wearing a red & white bow tie!), the locations & the light…it all made for some pretty fun images (if i do say so myself!)

these two, they’re just good people. and both incredibly smart doctors, saving lives one day at a time.

megan, mark & beau, THANK YOU for being so fun and lovely, we had such a wonderful time…let’s do it again!

robbie and i found this spot when we arrived and before we started the session…the sun was way to high & hot to start there, but we KNEW we wanted to end the session in that spot. right as we were making our way over there the light was in the most *perfect*spot and we knew it was time! the below images are some of my favs. megan’s smile, the yellow field, it all was just the perfect combo of things just coming together. love when moments like this work out!

those of you who chase the light know that it never lasts long…if you’re lucky maybe you get 10 minutes. this was one of the last frames taken, and i think what makes it so beautiful is that it isn’t in focus, it’s grainy, and underexposed, but it’s got all the warm fuzzies.
