hope you’ve all had a glorious weekend and that your week is starting out great…hang on though, because it’s about to get a WHOLE LOT BETTER. 🙂

these two.

these two incredibly happy, in love, magical people got married.

they got married and here are some of our favorites from their day. it’s a long one, so get comfy and prepare to smile, a lot.

we honestly can’t say enough about how AMAZING their friends & families are. each and every single one of erica’s bridesmaids were so lovely (i secretly one day hope to join their squad), so kind, so supportive, i could go on and on about how great they were. and, you can tell that covey is just as good a friend as erica is, based on the group of guys he chose to stand next to him. they were all so funny. i love hearing stories about how everyone met, where life has taken them, and how they still all remain close. both of the speeches (hi kristi & salvi!) were so emotional and heartfelt, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. the whole dang day was just about as lovely and wonderful as they come…honestly.

i had a feeling it was going to be a good day when erica asked me what shoes she should wear…converse or rose gold air jordans.

erica & covey…we couldn’t be happier for you, we’re so grateful that you asked us to document your perfect day…we wish you both nothing but love and happiness. we hope this images make you all smile and that they showcase just how awesome, heartfelt, and amazing your day was.

covey surprised erica with a ROCKIN’ wedding day gift…it was disguised in a target box. keep scrolling for what was inside…nice job covey, well done.

covey was a big ball of nerves right before the first-look with erica. so sweet to see all of his emotions, and another really good example of how a first-look on the day can really calm nerves. having a moment to catch your breath, see your person, and just be with one another before the day “really” starts.

we did the first look at the beautiful marriott at river center which has such a wonderful view of downtown cincinnati!

it was HOT on their wedding day, like REAL hot, and sunny. we knew we needed to find a spot to get them out of the sun and we ended up finding the PERFECT spot…we could of spent all afternoon shooting here!

these next few images are my favorite from the whole day. these two have the best personalities and when i asked them to start dancing, they happy obliged!

erica was THIS HAPPY ALL DAY LONG. 🙂

can we also for one minute talk about how freaking handsome covey looks in this blue suit? i mean, it’s tailored to a T, and you could tell he was feeling himself in it. kudos to you my friend, you looked almost as fantastic as your beautiful bride did. speaking of, how AMAZING is erica’s dress? those sleeves, that blush color and the skirt with the layers…super fun to photograph!

we made a quick stop at the ball park for a group shot! erica and her bridesmaid kourtni used to work on the rally crew for the cincinnati reds! how fun!

a very sweet and emotional moment during the ceremony when erica’s grandmother walked her down the aisle. how sweet is she?!

the reception was held at the garden of park hills in covington, ky and across the street were some trees and greenery…we know we wanted to steal them away for just a few portraits of the two of them…we didn’t spend very long, maybe 10 minutes total, but both robbie and i love the resulting images!

love her smile and DIMPLES…they are most definitely winning. 🙂

especially THIS CUTIE! she didn’t stop dancing, and when her parents tried to get her to rest she started crying, so they let her keep going!! 🙂 so cute!
